In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. F-10-14/2019/CT/V (35) dated 08.03.2019, namely:-

Amendment

In the Schedule of the said notification serial number 1, 2 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

2. This amendment shall come into force from 08.08.2019
