In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's notification No, F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-IIl-06;. dated the 23rd April 2019, as amended from time to time, namely;-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing figures, letters and words '"21st day of August, 2019", the figures, letters and words "21st day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.
