In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government Notification, Finance Department No. (GHN-44)GSTR-2019/S.164(41)TH dated the 24th April, 2019, Notification No.22/2019- State Tax, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of August, 2019" the figures, letters and words "21st day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.
