WHEREAS the Governor is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment to this Department Notification No. 1793-F.T. dated the 12th day of December, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

In the said notification, for the words and figures "up to the 30th day of June, 2019", substitute the words and figures "up to the 31st day of March, 2020".

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
