In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Section (8) of section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F A 3-40-2018- l-V-( 102) dated 29th December, 2018, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in para 1 and para 2 for the date "30th June, 2019", the date" 30th September, 2019" shall be substituted.
