THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body Notification G.O.MS.No. 593 Dated: 20th November, 2018

Read the following:

1. GO.Ms. No.410, Revenue (CT-I) Dept., Dated:18-09-2017.

2. From the CCST, Vijayawada Ref. No. CCW/GST/74/2015, Dt.23-10-2018.

In exercise of the powers under Section 96 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members:

1	Sri D.Ramesh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, O/o. Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh, Eedupugallu, Krishna District. (Member- State Tax);
2	Sri Sadhu Narasimha Reddy, Joint Commissioner, Kakinada Customs, Kakinada (Member-Central Tax)

2. In the event of arising a vacancy of a member for any reason in the Authority for advance ruling, it will be filled automatically with an officer appointed to the above posts.

3. The authority shall function from the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh.
