In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (as amended from time to time), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to Commercial Taxes Department Notification Number S.O. 147, Dated 7th September, 2017 (referred to as the "said notification" in this notification) :-

Amendments

1. The figure "22.20" shall be substituted for the figure "26.00" in column (2) of Sl. No. 1 of the Table appended to the said notification.

2. The figure "15.00" shall be substituted for the figure "19.00" in column (2) of Sl. No. 2 of the Table appended to the said notification.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
