In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9-AA of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification no. A-3-60-2015-19-FIVE-(39) dated 16th August, 2016, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table, in column (3),- against serial number 1, for the words and figure "Rupees 4/- per liter", the word and figure "1 Rupee and 50 paise per liter" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 5th October 2018.
