WHEREAS the Governor is satisfied that it is necessary so to don in public interest;

NOW, T/EREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by proviso to sub-section (1C) of section 87 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003) as ameded, (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to extend the date up to the 28th day of February, 2019 within which the applications for revision filed under the said section during the period from the 1st day of April, 2017 to the 30th day of September, 2017, shall be disposed of.

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
