THE HARYANA VALUE ADDED TAX - NOTIFICATIONS

Body Notification No. 72/ST-1/H.A. 6/2003/S.59/2018. Dated 1st August, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 59 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003), and with reference to Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. Web. 60/ST-1/H.A. 6/2003/S.59/2018, dated the 27th June, 2018, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule A appended to said Act with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

1. In the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003),-in Schedule A,-

(i) under columns 1, 2 and 3, for serial number 3A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be substituted, namely:-

"3A	Aviation Turbine Fuel subject to entry 7 and 3B	20 %";

(ii) under columns 1, 2 and 3, after serial number 3A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:-

"3B	Aviation Turbine Fuel when sold to Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS)-UDAN Flights at RCS Airports (as notified by Government) for three years from the date of publication of notification, subject to the condition that the selling dealer shall furnish a certificate in the format given below duly filled and signed by the authorised person of the RCS Flight Operator	1 %";
