In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Commercial Taxes Department notification No.8/2017- State Tax (Rate) dated the 29th June, 2017,published in the Bihar Gazette Extraordinary, vide number 551 dated the 29th June, 2017, and last amended vide notification No. 10/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated the 23rd March, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette Extraordinary, vide number 261 dated the 23rd March, 2018 namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2018", the figures, letters and words "30th day of September, 2018" shall be substituted.

2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from 29th June, 2018.
