In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of submission of annual return in Form VAT 10A, for the year 2017-18, i.e. period ending on 30th June, 2017 required to be furnished by the class of dealers covered under sub-rule (6) of rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, up to August 31, 2018.
