In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, appoints Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax, mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and conferred the powers to dispose off the appeal caes pending or arising under section 46 of the said Act in the area, This responsibility shall be in addition to his present responsibilities.
