in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 138B of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, Jaipur, hereby, empower Additional Commissioner, State Tax Anti Evasion, Joint Commissioner (Adm.) Anti Evasion and all the Joint Commissioner (Adrn.), State Tax to authorize the proper officer to intercept any conveyance to verify the e-way bill in physical or electronic form for all inter-state movement of goods in their respective territorial jurisdictions.
