WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) and under the provision mentioned at serial no. 1(2) of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (second amendment) Rules, 2018, the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the provisions mentioned at serial no.3[other than sub-rule (7) of Rule 138], serial no. 4, serial no. 5, serial no. 6, serial no. 7 and serial no. 8 of Notification No 282/2018/4(120)/ XXVII(8)/2018/CT-12 Dated 24 March, 2018 of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8, shall come into force.
