In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), 1, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur,being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, make the following amendment in this Department's notification No. F26 (315) CCT/MEA/2014/ 3417 dated 29/12/2017, as amended from time to time, namely

AMENDMENT

In the said notifications for the existing expression," March 31,2018" the expression "April 30,2018" shall be substituited.
