In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government hereby constitutes the Andhra Pradesh Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members:

1. Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Visakhapatnam Zone

2. Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh

2. The authority will function from the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh at Edupugallu, Krishna District.
