Body Notification No. S.O. 144, dated 6th February 2018,-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 68 of the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to specify that the provisions of Notification Number S.O. 109 dated 29.06.2017 and published vide Number 566 dated 29.06.2017 in Bihar Gazette Extraordinary (as amended by Notification Number S.O. 142 dated 03.02.2018 and published in Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide No 90 dated 03.02.2018) shall not apply to petroleum crude, high speed diesel, motor spirit (commonly known as petrol), natural gas and aviation turbine fuel.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
