In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government hereby constitutes the Madhya Pradesh Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling at Office of Commissioner Commercial Tax, Moti Bunglow, PIN 452007, Indore.
