In exercise of the powers vested under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rule 138 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby further extends the time limit of operation of the notification issued vide G.O.Ms.No.309, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, dated 24th July, 2017 till the date on which the amended Rules 138 to 138D of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 come into force through the notification of the Government.
