In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 (2)(ii) of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No, 9 of 2017), the State Government, hereby appoints Shri Sudhir Sharma, Joint Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan as a member of Rajasthan Authority for Advance Ruling under the RGST Act, 2017.
