In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) read with this department's notification number F.12(60)FD/Tax/2017-68 dated July 19, 2017, the State Government hereby appoints 22nd day of December, 2017 as the date on which the said notification shall come into force.
