In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government hereby constitutes the Madhya Pradesh Authority, for Advance Ruling at Office of Commissioner Commercial Tax, Moti Bunglow, PIN 452007, Indore.
