Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting application in FORIM GST REG-26

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 24 of of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the period for submitting electronically the application in the FORM GST REG- 26 till 31st December 2017.
