In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 120A of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and in supersession of Notification No (1-L / 2017) dated 17th October, 2017, the period for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 is hereby extended till 30th November, 2017.
