In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9-AA of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's notification no. F-A-3-60-2015-1-V(02) dated 2nd January 2016, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table, serial no. 2 and the entries related thereto shall be omitted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 14th October 2017.
