In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a State level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of the following officials, namely:-

(i) Tmt Mariam Pailavi Baldev, IAS, Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai (Full Additional Charge); and

(ii) Thiru M. Sreedhar Reddy, Commissioner, Goods and Services Tax, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai.
