PROPER OFFICERS NOTIFICATION ISSUED - PARTIAL MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL NOTIFICATION.

In partial modification of the proceedings issued in the reference cited, it is hereby ordered that the proper officers for the purpose of conducting Check of Vehicular Traffic under Section 129 and Section 130 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall be,-

5	GSTO/Dy.AC/AC/DC of the Enforcement wing	Anywhere in the State with the Specific authorization of the Additional Commissioner or Commissioner of the Enforcement wing or any other place in the state as directed by the Commissioner (ST)

These instructions shall come into force with immediate effect.
