In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) (A) of clause (b) of sub-section (5) of section 17 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.276, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated:30-06-2017 by the Government is hereby kept in abeyance until further orders.

2. This order shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017.
