MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in schedule II of the said Act, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In part- II of Schedule II to the said Act,-

(1) against serial number 10 A, in column (2), after the words "Aviation Turbine Fuel and aviation gas", the bracket, words and comma "(excluding those as specified in Section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956) shall be inserted;

(2) after serial number 10 B, the following serial number and entries relating thereto) shall be inserted, namely:-

Aviation Turbine Fuel and aviation gas ,as specified in Section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (excluding those mentioned elsewhere in the Schedule)

2. These amendments shall come into force from 13th June, 2017.
