Body Notification No. S.O. NO.24, Dated 12th June, 2017

S.O-24-- dated 12 June, 2017-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 72 of Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), read with Rule 41 of Jharkhand Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to abolish the following 10 checks-posts with effect from the date of notification:-

2. All the infrastructures of the above mentioned check-posts are to be handed over to the Road Construction Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi to establish Traffic Aid Points (TAP).
