In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.12 (14) FD/Tax/2017-92 dated 08.03.2017, as amended from time to time, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

(i) in sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "31.05.2017", the expression "30.06.2017" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause 3,-

(a) for the existing expression "08.03.2017", the expression "01.04.2017" shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression "28,02.2017", the expression "31.03.2017" shall be

substituted;

(iii) in clause 4,-

(a) in column number 2 of the table, for the existing expression "Category of Demand created upto 28.02.2017", the expression "Category of Demand created upto 31.03.2017" shall be substituted;

(b) in column number 3 of the table, for the existing expression "31.05.2017", wherever occurring, the expression "30.06.2017" shall be substituted; and

(c) in explanation number (3), for the existing expression "31st May, 2017", the expression "30th June, 2017" shall be substituted;

and

(iv) in sub-clause (1) of clause 5,-

(a) for the existing expression "31.05.2017", the expression "30.06.2017" shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression "07.06.2017", the expression "07.07.2017" shall be substituted.
