In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 1999 (Act No. 13 of 1999), read with section 51A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.12 (14) FD/Tax/2017-96 dated 08,03.2017, as amended from time to time, namely;-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

(1) in sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "31st May, 2017", the expression "30th June, 2017" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause 3,-

(a) for the existing expression "08.03.2017", the expression "01.04.2017" shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression "28th February, 2017", the expression "31st March, 2017" shall be substituted;

(iii) in clause 4,-

(a) In column number 2 of the table, for the existing expression "28.02.2017", wherever occurring, the expression "31.03.2017" shall be substituted;

(b) in column number 3 of the table, for the existing expression "31.05.2017", wherever occurring, the expression "30.06.2017" shall be substituted; and

(c) in explanation number (3), for the existing expression "31st May, 2017", the expression "30th June, 2017" shall be substituted;

and

(iv) in sub-clause (1) of clause 5,-

(a) for the existing expression "31.05.2017", the expression "30.06.2017" shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression "07.06.2017", the expression "07.07.2017" shall be substituted.
