In exercise of the powers, conferred by sections 16 and 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, and in supersession of notification SRO 212 dated 29th of June 2016, the Government hereby direct that in Schedule 'A' of the said Act, entry 34 shall continue to be in the said Schedule till 31.03.2018 or till the same is superseded by any other notification, whichever is earlier.

The notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01-04-2017.
