In exercise of powers conferred by section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that the following amendments shall be made in Schedule "A" of notification SRO 91 dated 16.03.2006, read with notification SRO 218 dated 30.06.2016;namely:-

1) Entries 2, 4, 7,12,17,19, 20 and 21 shall be omitted.

2) After entry 25, the following entry shall be added, as entry 26;namely:-

"26. Incandescent bulbs."

This notification shall come into force w.e.f 03.02.2017.
