In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (e) of clause (i) of section 72 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Adhiniyam, 2002 ((No. 20 of 2002) and sub-section (5) of section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (No. 74 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V(31) dated 31.03.2006, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

1. In the said notification, in paragraph 1,-

(i) after the words "industrial units", the words "or hotels" shall be inserted;

(ii) after serial number (9), the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"(10) A-3-7-95-ST-V(73), dated 05-09-1995;

"(11) A-3-38-2000-ST-V(58), dated 05-08-2000;

"(12) A-3-38-2000-ST-V(87), dated 21-09-2001;

2. These amendments shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st April, 2006.
