MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Notification No. FA-5-1/2006/1/V(68)., Dated 15th September, 2006

In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4A) of section 24 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, specifies, for the purpose of said sub-section,-

(i) The Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Bhopal as the agency in respect of medium and large scale industrial units; and

(ii) The following Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigams having jurisdiction over the revenue divisions indicated against them as the agencies in respect of small scale industrial units situated in such areas :

1.	The Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Ltd., Indore	Indore and Ujjain revenue divisions
2.	The Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Bhopal) Ltd., Bhopal	Bhopal and Hoshangabad revenue divisions
3.	The Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Gwalior) Ltd., Gwalior	Gwalior and Chambal revenue divisions
4.	The Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Jabalpur) Ltd., Jabalpur	Jabalpur and Sagar revenue divisions
5.	The Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Rewa) Ltd., Rewa	Rewa revenue division

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st April, 2006.
