In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints the officers appointed by this department's order Nos. A-3-55-2000-ST-V(1), dated 2nd January, 2001 and FA-3-93-2005-1-5(34), dated 12th July, 2005 to perform duties of granting registration certificate under Section 17 of the said Adhiniyam to the dealer establishing a new industrial unit in their respective jurisdiction.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st April,2006.
