MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION No. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V(22) Dated 31st March, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints the class of officers specified in column (2) of the table below with effect from 1st April, 2006 for the implementation of the provisions of the said Adhiniyam and the rules made thereunder :-

2. The territorial jurisdiction of areas of the officers for exercising such powers as may be conferred and perform such duties as may be imposed by or under the said Adhiniyam, shall be the same as the existing respective areas of the officers under the Madhya Pradesh Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 5 of 1995).

3. This notification shall come into force from 1st April,2006.
