In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No.12 of 2006), the State Government, hereby, appoints the 1st day of April, 2006, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
