Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to attend personally or through a person authorized by you in writing under section 23 of the said Act at____ (place) at_______( time) on ________(date) and show cause why the sum of Rs._______ or such other sum as may be finally determined as collected by you in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (l) of section 35 of the said Act be forfeited under the provisions of sub-section (3)_ of that section.
