Body NOTIFICATION No. 28524-FIN-CT1-TAX-0011-2014-Dated 30th September, 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 102A of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 of 2005), the State Government do hereby make the following amendment to Schedule B to the said Act, and direct that the said notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of February, 2013, namely:-

In Schedule B, in PART II A, after serial No. 4, the following serial and the entry against it shall be inserted under appropriate column, namely:

"5.

Aero Engines including component parts and spare parts"
