In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Sanjay Malhotra, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of furnishing of annual return in Form VAT-10A, for the year 2012-13 required to be furnished by the class of dealers as enumerated in sub rule (6) of Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, upto September 22, 2014.
