In exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 (U.P. Act no. 5 of 2008), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from September 05, 2014 the following amendments in Schedule-II to the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II, in Part-A for entry at serial number 140, the following entries shall, columnwise be substituted, namely;-

140	Aviation turbine fuel sold to an aircraft with a maximum take off mass of forty thousand kilograms, operated by non-scheduled airlines only for the flight services rendered within the State of Uttar Pradesh.
141	All other declared goods
