In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9-C of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F-A-3-15-2011-1-V (13) dated 1st April 2012, namely:--

AMENDMENT S

In the said Notification, the words "and Tendupatta" shall be omitted.

2. This amendment shall come into force from 15th August 2014.
