In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, the following amendment:-

AMENDMENT

1. In Notification No. F-10/39/2014/CT/V (28) dated 28-02-2014 for the figure "31-07-2014" the figure "30-09-2014" shall be substituted.

2. In Notification No. F-10/55/2014/CT/V (54) dated 01-04-2014 for the figure "31-07-2014" the figure "30-09-2014" shall be substituted
