In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II appended to the said Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 38 and entries thereto shall be deleted.

(ii) after the existing serial number 66 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 67 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

Registered dealers selling Aviation Turbine Fuel to any Airline establishing HUB in the State or to any Airline connecting cities of the State
