A registered dealer shall give his consent for using the official website of the commercial taxes department for his official dealing with the department including submission of returns, applications, and receipt notices, communications or intimations by submitting an undertaking in the manner as provided in the official website of the department, after enrolling by using his TIN as login id and password created by himself. Such dealer shall generate a copy of such undertaking through the official website of the department and the duly filled in and signed undertaking shall be submitted by such dealer to the assessing authority or to the officer authorized by the Commissioner in this behalf.
