In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in Schedule II of the said act, namely;

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II in Part III, after serial number 5, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

Telephone, cellular hand set and phablet

13".

2. This amendment shall come into force from the date of publication of this notification in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
