In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat (Amendment) Act, 2014 (No. 9 of 2014). the State Government, hereby, appoints the 23rd April, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 5, 7 and 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
